This informative, practical and experimental seminar will teach you how to use your mind to accelerate your body’s healing powers. You will learn methods to help yourself and others to increase your physical and emotional health. For the professionals it will give you additional tools to help your clients to achieve holistic integration between the mind and the body and gain deeper understanding of purpose in life.

You will learn to:

· Understand the causes of symptoms in the subconscious mind
· Recognise the emotional blockages in the body
· Become aware of where in the body different feelings and emotions are stored
· Use the mind to help the body to heal itself
· Integrate mind and body to maximise healing
· Understand how disease processes can lead us to understand and fulfil our purpose in life

Techniques will include, art therapy, psychodrama, hypnodrama, guided imagery, movement and music.

This seminar will run for 5 days from 10am to 6pm. A recognised Diploma of attendance will be given to participants which is valid for any Continuing Professional Development.
