An introduction to self-hypnosis. Learn relaxation techniques and experience the use of hypnosis in your life to reduce stress and anxiety. This course is available as an 8 week course for one evening a week, and as a weekend course. Total investment £150.

Self-Discovery

This workshop gives you the opportunity to examine your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and how you respond to situations and other people. It gives you the chance to choose alternative options and discover strategies for change. This is a two day course. Investment £150.

Life Planning

Learn how to change for good by setting goals. This workshop takes you through the process of goal-setting and teaches you the skills of how to make them a reality in your life. This workshop is for 1 full day. Investment £95.00.

Assertiveness Training

Learn the skills of how to be more assertive in all aspects of your daily life. This workshop teaches how to express yourself with ease and confidence in order to get what you want out of life. This course is offered during on an evening basis for 10 weeks. Total investment £100.00.
